Submitting from Your Mobile Device

If you click through from a Casting Billboard email and you have any issues trying to log in or submit, just clear the cache from the browser on your phone, reboot the phone and try again.

On iPhone:

From the Home screen, choose Settings > Safari. Tap Clear Cache.

 

On Android:

1. Open the browser on your Android phone.

2. Tap the menu key.

3. Tap the More Options icon.

4. Tap the Settings button.

5. Tap the Clear Cache button.

6. Verify your choice by clicking the OK button when the verification menu pops up.
