2015 lessons learned

There is no separation between heaven & earth…just the thought of it…

Where my mind travels…my heart follows…

If you have a fear, like flying, become a flight attendant!

To fly is to see a world with new eyes.

Angels don’t always have wings.

Butterflies are free to fly…anywhere…

If you want to know what the majority of people are thinking…look at our world…

What we tolerate we won’t change.

Our thoughts need Windex, not our mirror!

Those we love we always love, even if we’ve convinced ourselves otherwise, or it was never love in the first place, but unmet needs crying out to be met.

Whether our meeting was brief or for a lifetime, we were meant to meet.

We attract to us how we feel about ourselves…so…if you don’t like the person you’ve invited into your life, it’s not because of him or her, but the cause of you.

Every child is here to remind us what we’ve forgotten…until they forget…too…

When we plan out our life we miss out on the miracles.

“Not knowing” is where our treasure lies…this is the gift of knowingness…

A smile is God’s way of saying hi.

Whether you believe it or not, whether you are spiritual or not, whether you believe in God or not…there is something IN us that is much greater than ourselves…this I know for sure…

To be religious is to be confined to physical limitations, to be spiritual is to transcend the limitations of the physical.

One of my favorite quotes by Mark Nepo

Whatever opens us is never as important as what it opens…

No matter how much I may have changed, what has never changed is I love…love…

Love is lived out loud and cuddled quietly.

We are only here to experience love, everything else is BS…so get over yourself so you can enjoy yourself!

To trust man I had to first trust my Self.

The question that “woke me up”

What IF….

You came back where you left off?

My answer

Then, I would definitely heal my past, so I didn’t repeat history.

I wouldn’t settle for mediocracy when ALL things are possible, not some things, all things.

I would stop punishing myself for my mistakes, feeling guilty for not pleasing others, and simply Be love.

I would care for others, not be the caretaker of others.

I would remember it was my story that made me want to come here…not somebody else’s.

I would strive to be the best writer, director, producer and lead actress of my own love story…

Because, maybe, just maybe…I won’t come back?

Remember your story…the world on both sides is counting on you.

“I have a passion for travel, unique spas, the outdoors, being surrounded by family and friends, and a love for wine. My dream is to have a cottage in the vineyards where I can write… and share… with that someone special.”
