Everyday Fitness, Athlete’s Mind
If you wonder what’s getting in the way of reaching your physical goals, it may be your mind and not your body that is letting you down. At its core, getting fit and staying in shape is an exercise in listening to your body, while staying mentally strong. Having an attitude that commits to the process of change is what gets the athlete to improve at their sport, recover from injury and stay with the program. In the everyday person, having that same mental attitude leads to long term weight loss, a better body and real results that last and make you feel like a winner.
