Sample Workout: Cheat Sheet

Want to get a total body workout but can’t remember which exercises really count? Do 10 repetitions of each exercise
(if applicable) from the cheat sheet…and repeat if you dare!

  1. Cardio 5 minutes: Step Ups on Box
  2. 10 Squats with Dumbell Overhead Shoulder Press
  3. 10 Lunges with Medicine Ball Front Toss
  4. 10 Lateral Torso Twists with Single Cable Pull
  5. 10 Floor Push Ups
  6. 10 Lower Abdominal Crunches
  7. Cardio 20-30 minutes: Eliptical Machine
  8. Floor Stretching: Back, Thighs, Calves, Biceps, Triceps
