The Cost of Training

When choosing a trainer or Pilates instructor, consider factors other than the price in your final decision…you will get what you pay for…for better or worse! Skimping on a quality professional can lead you to an inexperienced trainer, who may lack the confidence to charge prices that correspond with mastery of their craft (10 years or more). Signs of a “green” teacher can also present as incorrectly taught exercises and possible injury, always getting the same workout, or a lack of tangible results. Notice if your specific needs are being addressed and if the trainer is focused on giving you their full attention throughout the session. Check next month’s Networker tip for the checklist for finding a great trainer!
