Form for Function
Finding “ the form” or the correct positioning of an exercise is more important than just having it look good. Holding your body weight in the right place, always keeping great posture by activating the abdominal and back muscles (core), and moving the resistance/weight at the right speed and angle is the only way to get real results. Apart from preventing injury, it should be more challenging to perform the movement while maintaining good form, building strength and burning extra calories by using a greater number of muscles all at once.
