Teriyaki Chicken


    • 2 cups of brown rice
    • 1 chicken breast
    • Bell peppers (any color)
    • Snow peas
    • 1 carrot
    • Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Sauce
  1. Cook 2 cups of raw brown rice according to package directions – place extra cooked rice in containers and put in the fridge
  2. Cube a chicken breast. Fry in a splash of olive oil
  3. Cut 1/3 each of 2 types of bell peppers (red, yellow, orange or green)
  4. Peel and cut a carrot
  5. Grab a handful of snow peas
  6. Stir-fry vegetables (stir often) in a splash of olive oil in another fry pan
  7. Once chicken has begun to brown add some Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Sauce (buy this type specifically). Mix so that the chicken is coated and the sauce begins to bubble
  8. Add chicken and sauce to vegetables, mix and coat the vegetablesServe on brown rice.
