My name is Sean. I started working in talent support at CNI in July. After graduating from USC’s Writing for Screen and Television program in May, my girlfriend and I backpacked for two weeks through Ireland, Scotland, and England. 1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon jello (small)
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Spray the bundt pan with cooking spray (e.g. Pam)
Mix together and make in a bundt cake pan at 350 for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place on a bottle to cool (stick the neck of a bottle through the hole in the middle of the bundt cake to let it cool).
Mix together the juice from 1 lemon and 1 cup of confectioners sugar.
Pour over the cake (balancing on the bottle) while still hot.
After the cake has cooled, place a plate upside down over the top and invert.
Optional toppings: whipped cream, raspberries.
